Entangled Publishing's New Category Imprints

Posted by Linnae - Cover Cafe in Cover Discussion at 14:03

One of the nice surprises this year, was the launch of two new digital category imprints from Entangled Publishing .  Entangled is one of the new kids on the publishing block.  The company launched in August, 2011 and offers readers some exciting choices in both print and digital releases in several genres.

I love finding new romance covers to celebrate, especially in the Series category.  Since the Love Swept line was discontinued several years ago, Harlequin has been the only major publisher offering category series romances.  The new imprints in the Series category will create competition and inspire creativity in Series cover design.    Entangled will be adding more imprints to their category line in the future, under the titles of Brazen and Covet, which means romance fans will have even more digital sources for category romance.   I'm posting two of the eBook covers nominated this year from the Indulgence and Dead Sexy imprints.   What do you think?  Will any Entangled covers reach the contest finals next Spring?  It will be an interesting year in category romance and I wish Entangled Publishing all the best with their new company.

(Publishing information is available on cover mouse over.)

After the 2011 contest was completed in mid-June, the committee took a break from our usual "contest mode" and enjoyed a few ballot free weeks. It was nice not having deadlines looming but it's also exciting when we begin the hunt for the best 2012 romance covers. This past weekend, we voted on the first 2012 ballot which means we're off and running.  Whenever you see a great 2012 romance cover, stop by Cover Cafe and fill out the nomination form.

~ Until next time! ~
