We're halfway through 2012 and this year's holiday romances will be released in the next 3-4 months.  I love the holiday season between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day and I love celebrating covers that inspire the joy of the season. Cover Cafe's third annual Holiday Favorites Contest will be online for public voting from 12/01/12 to 12/20/12. Nominations for 2012 Holiday covers will be accepted until 11/15/12 via our nomination form.  If you see a wonderful holiday cover, please fill out a nomination form at Cover Cafe. Even though Christmas is the first holiday that comes to mind, Thanksgiving, New Year's, Halloween, Hanukkah, or Kwanza covers also fit into the Holiday Favorites genre. It's all about celebrating the holidays!

We've already received a few nominations for this year's contest and showcasing a few of them here should get your holiday spirit started or at least make you smile with anticipation.  Enjoy!

Which holiday covers are your favorites?  I love covers with romantic couples, a beautiful wintery scene, or a cozy fireplace with a lovely, decorated tree, and I want candlelight or Christmas lights.  Of course, not all of them on one cover or we will have a "Worst" nomination instead of a "Best" nomination.
